The Board of Governors has disclosed details about the composition and timeline of the search committee. Faculty members will occupy three seats on the committee, the largest representation of any group except for the Board itself. The Faculty Senate Shared Governance Committee is reviewing search committee applicants and plans to announce a list of six candidates at the May 6 Faculty Senate meeting. The list of candidates must be submitted to the BOG Ad Hoc Governance Committee by 5:00 p.m. on May 10, 2024, with that committee selecting three representatives out of the six supplied candidates.
