About Us
The Faculty Senate represents the faculty of West Virginia University,
comprising representatives from each academic college and regional
campus. As the authoritative faculty body, the Senate guides the
academic pursuits of the university, including its campuses, colleges,
and schools, and establishes a culture of shared governance regarding
faculty roles in university operations.
